PAYG technogy Empty PAYG technogy

ISEC is targeting global poor's. Global poor's purchase power is very low as the live with less than 2 dollars a day,they cannot afford cash payement.To help the uptake, sales in credit is necesary. So I believing that introducing PAYG technogy will increase money recovering.
How can we introduce PAYG into ISEC?
